New (old) bike and old faithful
Got a new toy:

Bit of a freak - fixed gear, slick shod mtb, but makes sense to me. Proper fast on the road, and also just a little bit scary when it picks up speed downhill. Could possibly do with a slightly larger gear but its fine around here really.
Those bars and forks rock too, although the tyres are a little worrying - 115psi! See how my homebuilt rear wheel lasts anyway.
Lots of Mud clearance!

The Inbred is a bit poorly, needs TLC and a good clean. Rear hub is pretty much bearingless, with about an inch of play at the rim. Not quite as shiny as the one on Mikes post below is it :-)
